Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 2222bk platform at 2222bk.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 2222bk platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 2222bk with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

These terms apply to all sections of the 2222bk platform, including but not limited to the live casino, sports betting, slots, crash games, and any promotional or bonus features. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or game types; where additional terms exist, they will be clearly communicated at the point of participation and will be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

Section 2

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 2222bk takes its age verification obligations seriously. Age verification documentation may be requested at any point, including before any withdrawal is processed. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2222bk is an online entertainment platform serving English-speaking players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location before registering. 2222bk makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for use of the platform in contravention of local law.

2.3 Registration Process

To access betting and gaming features on 2222bk, you must create a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your registration information up to date. Information required during registration includes, but may not be limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older
• Valid email address belonging to you
• Mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh
• Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) registered in your own name

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on 2222bk. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player will be closed, bonus balances will be voided, and net winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be withheld pending investigation.

Section 3

Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2222bk account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 2222bk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 2222bk support immediately.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to keep all personal information on your account accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment methods, or identification information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. 2222bk may request updated documentation at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

3.3 KYC Verification

2222bk operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Verification may be required before your first withdrawal, when your account activity reaches certain thresholds, or at any time at 2222bk's discretion. Documents that may be requested include:

• National ID card, passport, or birth certificate confirming identity and age
• Proof of registered mobile number (screenshot of mobile wallet registration)
• Bank statement or utility bill confirming address (where applicable)
• Source of funds documentation for high-volume accounts

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3.4 Responsible Use

You agree to use 2222bk for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale of services, or exploitation of the platform for any purpose other than individual player participation is prohibited. You also acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that 2222bk is not responsible for any financial decisions you make on the platform.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

2222bk supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Processing times are indicative and may be affected by payment provider system maintenance, public holidays, or additional verification requirements on a specific transaction.

4.2 Own Accounts Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Similarly, all withdrawals will be sent exclusively to a payment account registered in your name. 2222bk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Attempts to deposit from or withdraw to a third-party account will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account security review.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers
• 2222bk reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳1,00,000 within a calendar month
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, wins, and transactions on 2222bk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. No currency conversion fees are applied by 2222bk for BDT transactions. If your payment provider applies any conversion or service fee, that is a matter between you and your payment provider.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

2222bk offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. Where any conflict arises between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses), and expiry period will be stated clearly in the bonus offer. Key principles that apply to all 2222bk bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period or the bonus balance will expire
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate
• If you request a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited
• The minimum bet amount when playing with an active bonus is ৳20 per round or spin unless stated otherwise
• Maximum bet amounts may apply when a bonus is active; exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in bonus forfeiture

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. 2222bk reserves the right to withhold bonus funds where it reasonably believes that a player is attempting to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using a VPN to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, or placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

2222bk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is terminated mid-cycle, players with active bonus balances at the time of termination will be permitted a reasonable period to complete the stated wagering requirements or will have their original deposit amount reinstated, at 2222bk's discretion.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2222bk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

6.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation

• Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account
• Impersonating another person or entity on the platform
• Engaging in identity fraud, including use of false or altered identity documents

6.2 Cheating and Exploitation

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games without manual player input
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings gained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage
• Using any form of arbitrage strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus offers (commonly referred to as bonus abuse)

6.3 Money Laundering

2222bk is committed to the prevention of money laundering and will not knowingly facilitate any transaction it has reason to believe is connected to illegal activity. Players must not use the platform to launder money or to process proceeds of crime. Where 2222bk has reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for money laundering purposes, it will freeze the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. No prior notice will be given in such circumstances.

6.4 Underage Gambling

Allowing a person under the age of 18 to access or use your 2222bk account is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that minors in your household do not gain access to your login credentials or the 2222bk platform.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your 2222bk account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 2222bk

2222bk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, cheating, collusion, or prohibited conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime

7.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to deactivating an inactive account, 2222bk will make reasonable attempts to notify the registered email address. Any real-money balance remaining on an inactive account at the point of deactivation will be held in reserve for a period of 36 months, during which time you may contact support to reclaim the funds upon successful identity verification.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

2222bk endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond 2222bk's reasonable control. 2222bk shall not be liable for any loss — including gambling losses, missed betting opportunities, or bonus expiry — arising from platform downtime.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on 2222bk are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics overseen by trained dealers. 2222bk does not manipulate game outcomes. However, 2222bk accepts no liability for any loss sustained as a result of placing bets on the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and you may lose the money you deposit.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly displayed odds figure, an erroneous game payout, or any other manifest error, 2222bk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings paid in error are not valid and will be reclaimed. 2222bk will communicate clearly with affected players in any such situation.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2222bk's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
